ABOUT INDIE-ZONE RADIO:
Starting out as "HIT RADIO" with a more "familiar" call sign, KHJX 93.3FM was originally designed as a tribute to BOSS RADIO of Los Angeles of days past "To Honor and Pay Homage to Those that Entertained Us in the Past".
After 2 years of operation the cards were stacked against us and the pressure proved to be just too much. In January of 2023 the format was changed and "INDIE-ZONE RADIO" officially took the place of "BOSS RADIO" making a home for local music, unsigned recording artists and more. Music that otherwise would not be played publicly now has a place among the radio world. All tracks aired have the blessings (and permission) of their respective writers/artists. More importantly general information, booking and contact details are provided on this site and links to respective websites are included whenever possible. The "ZONE" was made By Musicians - For Musicians, filling a gap in the local music industry that is often overlooked. For questions about any song you hear on The "ZONE" or to submit your music for airplay please contact us HERE.
Our primary feed is available on the internet via streaming audio, a link is provided above, on the Home Page and HERE..
